Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Age Concern’s “Men In Sheds” project has a “Shed” in our area.   Mapperley and Arnold Rotary Club has been very pleased to have done a few projects with the Shed.   Our “Bash the Bomb” game used at the “Children’s Play Days” at Calverton, Arnold and Gedling was loaned from the Shed.   We have had Shed Members make “Bug Hotels” for us to donate to schools for their Ecology studies.   Therefore we are very happy to highlight the Shed’s OPEN DAY on the 28th of October.

It will be open to the public to view the work area and see some of the many things the men have made.   You might even have an opportunity to buy a Christmas present or two.   We recommend you to drop in and meet Jim and the Team.
