Our History
The Rotary Club of Mapperley was formed in May 1986 with some founding members still very active in our enthusiastic club. The name of the Club was changed to The Rotary Club of Mapperley and Arnold in 2012 to reflect the area in which the Club operates. We currently have 33 members and we are continuously seeking new members, people who wish to participate in helping their local community. We meet weekly to fulfil the first Rotary guiding principles of developing friendships and fellowships as an opportunity for service to our local community, at national and international levels.
